Easy Tiramisu (good for 6-8 pax)

Broas or Lady Fingers – 30 pieces

Anlene Coffee Powder – 1 cup

Water – 1 cup

Cream Cheese at room temperature – half bar or 125g

White Sugar – ¼ cup

Whipping Cream – 1 ½ cup 

Cocoa Powder – ¼ cup (for dusting on top)

1.   Make coffee mixture by combining Anlene Coffee Powder and water.

2.   Quickly dip broas in coffee mixture one by one. Arrange it on a shallow small tray until well covered.

3.   Reserve remaining broas and coffee mixture for another layer.

4.   Whip cream cheese and sugar until very smooth. Set aside.

5.   Whip the whipping cream until soft peak forms. Combine with the cream cheese mixture.

6.   Spread half of the mixture on top of the first layer of broas.

7.   Repeat step 2 on top of cream mixture.

8.   Spread the rest of cream mixture on top of the 2nd layer of broas.

9.   Dust cocoa powder on top. Chill for an hour. Serve.
