Sopas (good for 4 - 6 pax) 

Elbow Macaroni Pasta – 200g

Garlic, minced – 2 gloves

Onion, minced – 1 medium piece

Carrot, cubed – 1 large piece

Chicken Breast, sliced – 300g

Chicken Knorr Cube – 1 piece

Corn Oil, for sauté – 2 tbsp

Cabbage, roughly sliced – 1 small piece

Water – 2 liters

Anlene Plain Powder – ¾ cup

Salt & Pepper to taste

1.    Saute onion, garlic with oil in a deep pan. Add carrot, chicken and Knorr cube. Saute until chicken is lightly browned but not necessarily cooked yet. Season with salt and pepper.

2.   Add in water and let it boil.

3.   Add pasta and stir every now and then until cooked.

4.   Add Anlene powder.

5.   Add cabbage. Season again with salt and pepper to taste.

6.   Serve.
