It is never too early to start caring for your bones, joints and muscles. In addition, our bones, joints and muscles experience wear and tear as time goes by, which require proper care (good nutrition & regular physical activity) in order to function optimally in your daily living. Prevention is better than cure - We highly recommend to start taking care of your bones, joints and muscles while you are young to enjoy the freedom of movement throughout life.

We highly recommend for you to take 2 glasses of Anlene per day to enjoy all the benefits of Anlene such as 100% Calcium & Vitamin D.

Add 4 scoops (40g) of Anlene milk powder to 200ml of warm water and mix well. 

Store in a cool and dry place before and after opening. To ensure freshness, use within 3 weeks after opening. Keep in a clean, dry, and well-ventilated container.
